On Thursday, June 27, the first presidential debate of the 2024 election will take place. The debate will be aired by CNN and will take place in Atlanta.

 

ABC News platforms will be airing coverage of the debate from 7:00 pm ET to 12:00 midnight ET on the following schedule:

 

• 7:00 pm ET to 8:00 pm ET: ABC News Live pre-debate coverage (airing on ABC News Live only)

• 8:00 pm ET to 9:00 pm ET: ABC News special, “Race for the White House” (airing on the ABC TV Network and ABC News Live)

• 9:00 pm ET to 11:00 pm ET: ABC News simulcast of the CNN Presidential Debate with ABC News post-debate analysis immediately following the conclusion of the debate (airing on the ABC TV Network and ABC News Live)

• 11:00 pm ET to 12:00 mid ET: ABC News Live post-debate coverage (airing on ABC News Live only)
